Bathroom and Sunk Slab Waterproofing
Bathrooms, kitchens and sunken slabs are among the most common sources of leakage in any building. Constant water exposure, combined with plumbing lines running through the slab, creates multiple points where water can seep through if not properly sealed. Brickbat Waterproofing
Many older terraces, or those with uneven surfaces and poor drainage, need more than a surface coating. Brickbat waterproofing, also known as brickbat coba, is a traditional and time tested method that solves both the slope problem and the leakage problem together.
This method involves laying broken brick pieces (brickbats) in a cement mortar bed, carefully set at a calculated slope so that water flows toward the drain outlets instead of pooling on the roof. A waterproof coating is then applied over this layer to seal it completely. Because of its thickness and layered construction, brickbat waterproofing is extremely durable and well suited to Kolhapur’s heavy and prolonged monsoon season.

Bore Packing
An improperly sealed borewell is a bigger risk than most property owners realise. Without proper packing around the casing pipe, surface water, debris and contaminants can seep down into the water source, affecting water quality and potentially damaging the surrounding foundation over time.
Our bore packing service ensures the annular space around the borewell casing is filled and sealed correctly using appropriate packing material, creating a secure barrier between the surface and the water table. Basement Waterproofing
